DatingLeads.com is a fast-growing advertising agency specialized in the Dating Industry, with a smart inhouse developed Lead Generation Platform and internationally active in 25+ countries. Our team is now growing to 20 highly motivated professionals with our office in the bustling center of Madrid
As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll be responsible for a constantly growing pool of affiliates or advertisers from around the globe. With support from our experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to forge your own style, as long as the focus is on the end result: helping our partners grow their businesses.
This requires intensive analysis of ROI on marketing campaigns; an understanding of trends in the market; recognition of partner needs (and proactively assisting them); and the ability to work effectively on a team.
Not familiar with the affiliate marketing industry? Don’t worry! We will gladly invest time in teaching you all the ins and outs to set you up for success. What's more important, to us, is that you have the right mindset (re-read the introduction if you’re unclear) and are enjoyable to work with.
